Monte Cristo Crescent Rolls up


1 can of crescent rolls
8 slices swiss cheese
8 slices turkey breast
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
¼ cup raspberry jam
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon powdered sugar


Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Unroll the crescent rolls.
Combine 2 crescents together in order to for a rectangle.
Pinch the edge to make it well sealed
Put a small layer of jam on each crescent.
Add 1 layer of cheese 1 layer of turkey
Add 1 more layer of cheese and 1 more layer of turkey
Roll up the crescents
Make sure the ends are sealed up as much as possible
In small bowl, beat egg, milk and cinnamon
Brush over tops of crescents
Bake for 15 minutes or until the tops a slightly golden brown
Sprinkle with powdered sugar

Serve and enjoy !
